Monterey Car Week in August is an event packed with classic car shows, auctions and vintage racing. The week starts with Automobilia Monterey, where top international dealers offer vintage posters, hood ornaments and just about anything to do with classice cars for sale.

There are also five automobile auctions scheduled in the Monterey and Pebble Beach area for this Car Week and Gordon McCall's Motorworks Revival. The week culminates with the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance, where the 200 best collector cars in the world are gathered together on the 18th fairway of Pebble Beach Golf Links to compete for recognitions for style, technical merit and historical accuracy.
